If a flashy layout, an extensive site, and a well-maintained weblog is what you’re looking for in a site, then Marcos Owns Me is worth your time to check out.
While I never would have guessed it by just reading through the site, Marcos is a 16 year old high school student. His journal entries aren’t about the typical teenage sagas, and that’s well appreciated in audiences of all ages.
Reading the updates were entertaining, and well worth the time.
The site is very thorough, and all equally as interesting. He has a very extensive image gallery, some very handy downloads, several hilarious chat transcripts, and some helpful CGI scripts – just to name a few of the noteworthy things at Marcos Owns Me.
Marcos’ site is suitable for the teenage crowd and above, but there’s certainly something for nearly everyone at this site. Marcos Owns Me

I’ve always thought splash pages were supposed to be a bit flashy, or somewhat of an introduction of the contents of the site you’re about to enter, but at “daydreamy” all you get it the word “enter”. Interesting… but in a good way.
Upon entering the site, the weblog is what you’re met with. The weblog is attractively placed in just a black outlined box. The layout draws your attention to the weblog, which appears to be the purpose of this site.
I like how the author shares daily antecdotes in her writing, and does so in a way that is entertaining. While some of the entries may be long, the read very quickly, and I really felt as if I could picture exactly what was taking place.
A more extensive “about” section would have been ideal, but by reading through months of weblog entries on the site, the reader can grasp a complete idea of what the author is really like.
Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re looking to add another weblog to your list of daily reads.

The first thing thing I saw when visiting this site was a picture of a hippo. The picture of the hippo coupled with the layout of the site immediately made this site a place I wanted to stay for a while. And I did.
Pazazygeek has a very soft color to it. While normally a light greenish-blue and pink wouldn’t mesh very well together, Elena has put together a very nice color combo for the layout.
There’s not much about the personal life of Elena, who is a self-proclaimed wanna-be rockstar. I was intrigued enough to go exploring throughout the site and was happy with my findings: a bit more about the author, and even some MP3s of Elena’s music to download.
The conspicuous consumption of links I gathered from visiting this site was definitely worth the trip.
“Conspicuous Consumption” is “a very hungry blog indeed”. And if you’re looking to fill a hunger of informative links, with witty and well-stated opinions, then this is your site to visit.Pazazygeek: Conspicuous Consumption

Before I even started to read or before I COULD even start to read this weblog, I had to close three different pop up windows. I hate pop up windows.
There’s not much to the design of the site, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It wasn’t terrible to look at, but wasn’t something that left me in complete awe.
The “about me” section, while very complete and thorough, is quite cumbersome to read through.
The weblog itself is filled with the typical teenage angst of a 17 year old boy. Posts are very infrequent as of late, but Nathan does have a good sense of humor and a nice writing style.
Fun things I noticed? Nathan wears a very cool hat in his current cam picture, and the fan signs are a neat addition.
For Nathan’s age group, this is probably a bookmark-worthy site, however, it may not be something for people of all ages.A New Maven

Goatee Style is chock-full of goatee goodness!
Ryan updates his journal on a regular basis and always has something interesting to share, whether it’s the fact that he saw “Bring It On” and actually enjoyed it or just posts some really nice pictures from his Godfather’s garden. He shares links with his readers, along with his own thoughts/opinions/commentary, and usually manages to bring out a smile and some laughter.
Navigation is very clear and simple. There’s a links header at the top of each page that includes his profile, photos, his very own comics, webcam, and contact information. There’s so much to see, but it’s all so easy to find and browse through.
Ryan is a very artistic person who enjoys using his talents in so many different mediums. He enjoys his work, and that comes through loud and clear in this site. Visit Goatee Style and take a look at everything there is to offer!
