When first visiting this site, I didn’t like the design at all, but then I saw that they had actually moved the site to http://www.j3llo.net/. Upon arriving at the new site, I still didn’t like the design at all, nor did I enjoy the content.

Basically, and in short, this site is made up of too many teens writing about too little. Most of the posts are of them apologizing about not posting and them bickering at each other. Their posts didn’t keep me interested and I was disappointed by the posts that at first seemed almost hopeful. They do have a writing section which was the only thing I didn’t quite get; my question is, “Why would you highlight something that none of you are good at?”

Concluding, I do not like any of these people and I would not suggest anyone go see if my review is accurate. In fact, I don’t even see this as a review at this point, simply as a warning: Don’t click the link, it’s trash.

hmmm, in fact, this site makes me want to inquire about a brand new “trash” category. >=)New Concept

Harmony Blue, a site that zooms in on the life of a massage therapist named Nicole, is an excellent personal web log. She seems like quite the character; her interests scattered all over the place from massage and Buddhism, to 80’s glam rock and new-wave. I like paradoxical people like Nicole, I think they’re good for the world; capable of being a fan of two extremes.

Her writing reflects her out-of-the-ordinary style. She flows with her words and keeps you interested.

The design is interesting too. At first, I wasn’t sure that I liked the background; it at first struck me as cheesy. But as the character that is Nicole developed in my mind, her design seemed fitting. And as much as that sounds like I’m calling Nicole cheesy, I’m not. She just seems like a person who could pull off any design; people would still read, atleast I know I would.

Concluding, I enjoyed harmony blue, it’s a good site with admirable content. I’ll visit again.harmonyblue

This is such a nice site. It’s just all around a good place to visit.

Adieu.nu has a design that is very effective for the purpose of the site. It’s nothing fancy at all, but there’s absolutely nothing about it that needs to be changed. Nothing at all.

The author has only been using the site as a weblog for a short time (since mid-January), but that doesn’t take away from the effectiveness and enjoyment of all the posts. The posts are easy to read, and easy to understand.

Each post covers things from very entertaining stories of the author’s co-workers to every day life in Thailand. Just as a note, beware of this author if you’re walking the streets of Thailand, he may run you down with his motorcycle because he gets to work quicker when driving on the sidewalks rather than the streets. Or so he says!

I enjoyed this site very much, and have added it to my list of favorites. I highly suggest you do the same, because I really don’t think you’ll be let down. adieu.nu

My initial impression of this site was that I liked the design. It’s simple, and got a cute little picture of an old guy wandering through the desert which giving the impression of a lighthearted site, and that’s exactly what it is.

Now, for the log, it was very disappointing. The only log entry I could find was for today. There were no archives, no info on the writer, and very little else. There are some cute articles on the side ranging from taxes in Florida to the dimensions of a bird house and a story about a koi. There’s also a small VB program that he wrote that can be used to count cards if youre playing hearts or spades, or any single deck game.

The design is proof that simplicity can be used for good. A simple white background speckled with white text, and some underlined headers on the left about the links, and a small graphic at the top under the title is all there is, but it’s presented in such a way that it’s pleasant to the eye. After looking all over the internet at overused java scripts, it’s nice to se something simple that works so well.

Overall, I’d love to give this site a better rating, but unfortunately, I just really don’t have much to go on. My suggestion to the author would be to come up with a design that allows for multiple days of writing on the front page. Also, I would add an archive section, along with an “about me” section. I believe that with more examples of your daily writing, you could definitely achieve at least a 4.KindlyRat

Ugh, pink. That was my first reaction when visiting this weblog. Not just pink, but bright pink filled my screen. Unfortunately, bright pink backgrounds are just one of the many hazards of this job.

Even.angels.fall is the consummate teen weblog, complete with the requisite teen angst, and the long list of links to other teen-angst filled weblogs.

There is some depth to the writing, the entries are more than the typical “so and so said this about me, and so I…” Sarahkate does a good job of conveying her emotion through her writing, enveloping you with her world.

Unfortunately, the design with its clashing pink and purple hues is a distraction from this world.

I would like to see more posts from Sarahkate as well. There has been a flurry of posts since the start of the new year, but there was a large gap from August until then.

While I am sure this review will undoubtedly cause even more angst and perhaps further damage her psyche, I am giving even.angels.fall. a 3.0 — mostly because it is so well written..even.angels.fall.
