Classifying this weblog in a particular catagory was a bit tough, but it looked like it leaned more towarsd the camgirl side of things.

The overall appearance of this site is classy. It’s a simple design, and focuses on the actual content – the weblog and the webcam.

The weblog content is nice. It’s your typical “day in the life” type of thing, but Preetika does a nice job putting her thoughts down into words.

Candywhore.net is one of the most tastefully done “camgirl” sites I’ve ever seen, and I, for one, appreciated that fact and aspect of the whole site.candywhore.net

Web Teacher is wonderful. The weblog is dedicated to subject matter relating to web designers and web developers. There is nothing in the weblog posts but links to resources, downloads, and educational materials that would be interesting to those of us who create web sites.

The author has taken the time to search for web authoring info and present it to the visitor in a logical, well-planned manner. All of the links I followed were excellent, many of which I had never encountered in my years on the web. That is a hard task to accomplish, considering the amount of rehashed, advertisement-laden doo-doo out there.

The design and layout are perfect for the type of quick-reference informational site that Web Teacher is. Using valid CSS and HTML (automatic score-raisers in my book), the Web Teacher is a no-nonsense launch point for people needing web design information. Not only does it guide you to excellent resources for building websites, it eximplifies them.

I immediately added Web Teacher to the top of my bookmarks. You will probably want to do the same.

Nick’s got a nice site going here. The weblog is your basic weblog – updates about Nick’s life, various thoughts and opinions Nick has on what’s going on in the news.

Nick has a very nice conversational way of writing, which makes each post easy to read and understand.

The site design is nice. The frames ons some of the internal links on the site are a little off by not using the whole screen, but just some minor tweaking would fix those.

And no, the site isn’t about the author’s addiction and/or obsession with someone named Rachel. But, you’ll have to be the one to find out what it reall means by visiting the site.rachaddiction[dot]com

Upon entering this site, you have to click through a splash page that has absolutely nothing, but text on the far right hand side. It made me wonder what I was in store for with the rest of the site. And I was pleasantly surprised!

Christine’s weblog is very simply written. In my opinion, she’s just writing to write, and that’s what I think a good weblog is for. “i-cherry” isn’t there to cause any earth-shattering controversy or to expose Christine’s deepest, darkest secrets. But there’s enough personal attachment to the author you gain just by reading that you want to come back to read more.

I’m really digging this whole site.

I’m a huge fan of the color blue, so the layout of this site set VERY well with me. Christine uses several different shades of blue, and they all go together SO very well. Design is definitely a strong point in this weblog.

If you take a peek at this site, which I suggest you do, be sure and fully explore the entire site. It’s definitely worth it.i-cherry

Enter the bubble-ly world of Amy. This ‘Hello-Kitty’ inspired ‘wonderland’ is Amy’s home away from home as it seems. I do hope however that her real home is a little more dreary and a little less bright for the sake of everyone else who dwells there.

I like Amy, who couldn’t? She’s an 18 year old college student, undecided of her major, with a whole lot of spirit.

The design of Amy Vision is nice … If you’re into the whole ‘cheery’ thing, as I’m usually not and wouldn’t give this web log a second thought if it weren’t my job here. In any case, it’s fitting and I really can’t complain. Amy seems to know what she’s doing when it comes to design; she’s even confident enough to offer her web design services for a ‘cheap price.’

Amy’s writing is simple and never quite gets to any kind of uncomfortable depth; just sort of stays above water everyday.

I was waiting for Amy to break out into one of these …

‘Bob said that Julie said that Matt said that Laura asked Michael to say that Bob had Julie pregnant and Matt’s already going with Julie which really isn’t a very good impression on Laura and Michael who’ve been together for years now.’

But thankfully she didn’t quite get that extreme.

hmmm, you know how you can tell if someone is smiling while talking to them on the phone? Well, after reading Amy’s web log, I believe you can do the same thing over the internet. *sighs*

In conclusion…

Amy vision is a nice, happy web log. I would have given her a 5, which she rightfully deserves, but I wanted Amy to experience the insensitivity and unfairness that is life. >=)Aimy.net
