I liked the bus at the top of the page. I really liked the bus. Maybe that’s something I should seek counseling about, but it really made my first impression of Ty’s site a good one. The first thing I thought to myself something along the lines of: “Oh, cool! A bus!” and it made me smile.
It probably takes a while to load on a dial-up connection, and the bright red background might cause some distress with various users. But the bus graphic drew my attention away from the red background, which would have normally made me cringe. While my description of it may lack in creating a visual picture for the reader, the actual concept of it really works for the site.
The weblog was very easy to read, which I liked. Most of the entries were just daily updates on what Ty was up to and the general happenings in his life.
Typically, you’re not going to find any profound, life-changing weblog entries here, but it is a nice casual read, if that’s what you’re looking for.
If you check out this site, be sure and look through the entire site. One of the best sections is under the “Crap” link, where you can find a link that allows you to “Dress Up Ty”. Now, I’m not sure how accurate the drawing of him is, but it’s still a really neat concept.tymelgren.com

Words cannot describe My Gift Coach. I had no clue what the site was going to be about, and now that I have read almost every post, every FAQ, every bio, I don’t think I am any closer to understanding. The best way I can describe My Gift Coach is by comparing it to a Stanley Kubrick movie; namely the wilder ones.
Most of the posts read as if they are poems. Like poems, they all have a rhythm and flow to them that are noticeable in time. I was so caught up in reading these posts, that I didn’t realize how much time I had spent at this site. Just like poems, too, the posts can be difficult to understand, and even more difficult to read. But once you get yourself accustomed to how they are written, you will have an easier time understanding. A quote from the site can almost make you realize about the target audience to read this.
An across the board increase of ten points in IQ would wreck the knowledge economy.
I see that quote applying to this site. An increase of ten points in IQ is needed to fully understand this site. Unfortunately for me, I only have an increase of 5.
The design of the site is nothing complex. It is just a three-column layout with the main text in the center. It works well for this site, as there is a lot of information needed to put on one page. But once you realize where everything is, reading the site can be accomplished.
If you haven’t heard of this site before today, make this one of your regular reads. You will enjoy the humor and worth of the posts in time.

You want updates? This site’s got ’em, and got ’em big time!
“srah blah blah” has a very simple layout. There aren’t any colors that are screaming out in clashing pain, or any links that send you to a 404 page.
The posts by this college student are extremely varied. You can find different online tests, some very fun outside links (who knew Fun Dip had it’s own website!?), and some entertaining quips about world, sporting, and personal life news.
On Feb 14th alone, this weblog was updated 16 times. Now, that may be a personal high for the author of the site, but it is nice to see a site that has so much constant new content.
The “about me” section is very informative and helpful when reading throughout the weblog.srah blah blah

The thought provoking words at Geegaw.com are written in a style that doesn’t make the reader feel like an idiot should he/she not understand what’s being discussed. Instead, the way the author writes encourages the reader to find out more about the topic at hand.
The basic layout is very eye appealing, and the use of a font different the the every day norm gives the site a “classy” appearance.
I read the FAQ section of the site before really diving into reading the weblog, and it was a huge help. And it was also yet another entertaining portion of the website.
Geegaw is not a site for your below average reader. Why? It’s challenging to read, and it’s something that simply can’t be discarded as an every day casual read. Should you visit this site, be prepared to have the motors in your head turning. The site is worth it.Geegaw

Okay, so I’ve given a perfect rating of 5.0. But truly, “Wherever You Are” is a web log that demands nothing less.
This is the web log of Vaughan Simons, a web logger that has given me a new found hope for the web log community. He is an excellent writer and for that alone, he deserves a 5.
The design of ‘Wherever You Are’ is simple and very surfer-friendly. I adored the layout because it doesn’t spoil the writing and allows the words to be the highlight of the web log, as they should be. There is no need for Vaughan to compensate for anything as he leaves nothing to be desired.
There is no word that could describe this web log better than the word “quality.” And while quantity is no match for quality — there’s plenty of writing here, so you get the best of both worlds.
I am thankful to Vaughan Simons for sharing his gift of ‘word-compilation’ with us.
I’m captivated by this 5 and so this web log now resides in my favorites list. ;0)Wherever You Are
