Who ever said web sites have to be in English? I looked at this site and despite the fact that I don't speak Dutch, I was pretty impressed by the layout. It's simple yet elegant, and easy to navigate even if you don't speak the language. You can probably guess what the links on the left lead to. It's a sad thing that I can't review the site based on content because of certain language barriers.
All in all, this site deserves the 4.5 I gave it. Idealy a site should be in English since you are submitting to a non-dutch speaking web site. The layout has definatly made up for it.
