Tim Lutero uses a unique approach to create an interesting, well designed web site. I could immediately tell that the author was a competent designer by the solid, clean style in which the page was presented. The photograph in the top left corner with the site's name was a good fit into the scheme.
It took me a little while to find some posts that were interesting, but they were definitely there. Tim's humor came through on topics such as having a difficult time opening the relish jar; an otherwise boring subject. I was also amused by many of his other posts, such as his discussion about being a "word supplier" and a "sentence completer".
The site also contained other interesting areas, all categorized with unique headings such as "Earwax" for musical links and "Innards" for links to local pages. Following the Innards link, I was led to a short bio about the author, and a photo gallery. Both were presented with the same well-crafted style as the rest of the site.
Tim Lutero's digital culture obsession is definitely worth a look to see how one might break the usual, everyday onfines of a personal weblog.
